At Source.ag I have the great plasure to be working as a data scientist. At Source.ag we work hard to improve the scalability and availability of Controled Enviroment Agreculture (CEA), otherwise known as Greenhouse Farming. We beleive that CEA has huge potential in combating the influence of climate change and could play a major role in the securing of the global food supply chain. We want to first of all empower the growers to do what they do best: grow healthy good.
In my work as a data scientist here, I help build software that can help the growers react better and more quickly to the reality they find themselves in. I work together with plant scientists and leaders in the agrecultural industry to produce software that will actually help us produce more food for the world, using cutting edge technology of machine learning and cloud computing.
